Although far, from time to time, training providers may need to cancel or reschedule courses. Should a training course be cancelled for any reason, you will be fully reimbursed of all course costs including VAT and any card fees which may have been paid, unless an alternative date has been offered and accepted. This is the full extent of the liability which Delta Dental Academy Ltd has for any indirect, incidental, punitive, special or consequential losses or damages arising from course cancellations or rescheduled courses.
If you wish to cancel a course booking you must notify us in writing. Course cancellations are subject to fees in accordance with the following table of charges:
Please note that course transfers may be subject to an administrative fee in addition to any cancellation fee arising from the transfer (as detailed in the above table). If Delta Dental Academy Ltd are to incur any charges as a result of your transfer these will be passed onto yourself. Fees will be calculated on how much notice has been given, the duration and accreditation of the course and the individual training provider’s terms.
Delegates who fail to complete all parts of the course will not be eligible for any refund or fee transfer, although exceptions may apply due to individual circumstances at the training provider’s discretion.
By completing a booking on this website you are confirming that you are authorised to make this booking and that you wish us to complete this booking with the training provider. Once we have received your confirmation, you will be bound by the Terms & Conditions. Please note that we cannot reserve spaces on courses, so if we do not receive your reply by the end of the working day we will have to re-check availability upon receipt of your confirmation.
